Built for pharmacies.
Focused on patients.
Truentity Health gives independent pharmacies the technology, clinical infrastructure, and physician oversight to deliver chronic care at scale and get reimbursed for it. We started with a simple observation: pharmacists see their patients far more often than doctors do. We built the tools to make those visits matter.
Turning the most trusted touchpoint in healthcare into a clinical powerhouse.
Why we built Truentity
Independent pharmacies have always been at the center of their communities. Pharmacists know their patients by name, understand their medications, and show up consistently in ways the broader healthcare system often does not.
The problem was never capability. It was infrastructure. Outdated workflows, fragmented billing, and the absence of physician oversight meant pharmacists couldn't practice at the top of their license — even when they had the training and the relationships to do so.
In 2024, Truentity and IndyCare completed a strategic merger that changed that. By combining Truentity's AI-powered platform with IndyCare's clinical operations and physician governance, we created a single system that handles technology, reimbursement, compliance, and care coordination — so pharmacies can focus on what they do best: taking care of patients.
Patients first
Every workflow, every tool, every decision is evaluated on one question: does this improve the outcome for the patient?
Pharmacists as clinicians
We built Truentity so pharmacists can deliver the care they were trained to provide — not just dispense medications.
Technology that works
Aora, our AI intelligence engine, handles patient prioritization, automated workflows, and built-in revenue cycle management — so pharmacies scale without adding staff.
The team behind the platform.
Mike Desai
CEO & Co-FounderMike co-founded Truentity after a career building and scaling technology companies in cybersecurity and identity. He saw firsthand how outdated infrastructure was holding healthcare back — and specifically how independent pharmacies, which sit at the center of so many patients' lives, lacked the tools to act on that trust.
Under his leadership, Truentity closed a strategic merger with IndyCare in 2024, oversubscribed a $3.5M Series A in 2026, and was selected by CPESN USA for its national Remote Care Initiative. Mike is a graduate of Boston University and a Y Combinator alumnus.
Rajeev Tipnis
CTO & Co-FounderRajeev leads the technology vision at Truentity, overseeing the Aora AI platform, EHR integrations, and the engineering infrastructure that powers pharmacy workflows across the country. He brings decades of experience building enterprise software, with previous leadership roles at companies including Vee24 and ByteSolve.
His work at Truentity focuses on making complex clinical processes simple enough for any pharmacy to run without adding headcount — combining intelligent automation with real-time data to help pharmacists intervene earlier and more effectively.
Franklin Roye, PharmD
Chief Commercial OfficerFranklin co-founded IndyCare with a mission to give independent pharmacies the clinical infrastructure they needed to serve Medicare patients at scale. When IndyCare merged with Truentity in 2024, he became Truentity's Chief Commercial Officer, leading pharmacy partnerships and growth.
As a pharmacist himself, Franklin brings a ground-level understanding of what independent pharmacy owners actually need — and what gets in the way. He works directly with pharmacy partners to make sure the platform delivers on its promise from day one.
Beth Blaise, MPA
Director of State ProgramsBeth leads state program development at Truentity, focusing on how the ANCHOR model expands access to care in rural and underserved communities. Her work sits at the intersection of public policy, community pharmacy, and coordinated care — translating federal and state health priorities into on-the-ground programs that independent pharmacies can actually run.
With a background in cross-sector leadership and public administration, Beth brings a policy lens to the challenges of rural health delivery — including how community-based pharmacies, connected health infrastructure, and care coordination models can address persistent gaps in chronic disease management across rural areas.
Greg Vassie, PharmD
Chief Strategy OfficerGreg co-founded IndyCare alongside Franklin Roye and joined Truentity as Chief Strategy Officer following the 2024 merger. He leads the strategic direction of the company, focusing on market expansion, payer relationships, and the long-term architecture of Truentity's clinical care model.
As a pharmacist with deep experience in clinical operations, Greg brings both the clinical and business perspective to Truentity's growth strategy. His work ensures that as the platform scales, the quality of care and the value delivered to pharmacy partners scales with it.
Joshua Dobstaff, MD
Chief Medical OfficerDr. Dobstaff serves as Chief Medical Officer of both Truentity Health and IndyCare Medical, providing the physician governance and clinical oversight that makes the platform's Medicare billing and care management programs compliant and credible. His role ensures that every service delivered through the platform meets the clinical standards required for reimbursement and patient safety.
He has been a consistent voice on how pharmacy-led remote care can reduce hospitalizations, strengthen care continuity, and improve patient lives — particularly for seniors managing chronic conditions in underserved communities.
Kathy Myslinski, PharmD
Head of Clinical ServicesKathy leads clinical services at Truentity, overseeing the pharmacist team and the care programs delivered to patients across the platform. As a pharmacist herself, she brings both the clinical expertise and the day-to-day operational knowledge needed to keep care quality consistent as Truentity scales.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical protocol and patient experience — making sure that every interaction between a Truentity pharmacist and a patient reflects the standard of care that independent pharmacies are capable of, and that patients deserve.
Luca Renzi
Head of ComplianceLuca leads the Compliance Program at Truentity Health, overseeing HIPAA and data privacy practices, state and federal regulatory compliance, CMS alignment, and billing compliance across the platform.
With a background in law and regulatory compliance across healthcare, financial services, and government, Luca brings both legal rigor and regulatory fluency to Truentity's compliance program. His work ensures that pharmacists and patients can trust the platform underneath every interaction — that the systems safeguarding their data and their care are as sound as the care itself.
