Kathy Myslinski, PharmD

Kathy Myslinski is Manager of Clinical Services at Truentity Health. She leads the clinical services team, which helps pharmacy partners manage their Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services. This includes completing Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) to identify potential drug interactions and provide drug and disease state information, along with other MTM services such as new drug therapy education, adherence monitoring, and disease state education. Her team includes clinical pharmacists and technicians who work directly with pharmacy partners to deliver these services consistently and in compliance with program requirements.

Kathy earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2003. She spent 21 years in retail pharmacy, including roles at CVS and Walgreens, followed by 15 years at an independent community pharmacy. That independent pharmacy experience showed her firsthand how much of a difference pharmacists can make in helping patients manage chronic conditions, a passion that now drives her work at Truentity. She is based out of Wilmington, NC.
