Mike Desai

Mike Desai founded Truentity Health in 2020 after a personal experience made a systemic gap concrete. Between doctor visits, his father ended up on a duplicate dose of the same medication, a therapeutic duplication that went uncaught because no one was managing his care between appointments.

It convinced Mike of what he had seen from the technology side for years: pharmacists are the most trusted and most frequently visited resource in healthcare, and the most underutilized. With the right technology, that relationship becomes the continuous care the system is missing. That conviction is Truentity.

Mike started out writing code and went on to lead the sales and growth behind multiple SaaS exits, including Ping Identity's run from $3M to $77M in bookings through its $600M acquisition by Vista Equity, and SecureAuth ($225M). As CEO of Truentity, he fights for two people in every decision: the independent pharmacist and the patient they serve. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Boston University and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
