Franklin Roye, PharmD

Franklin Roye is a healthcare business leader with more than two decades of experience across US and global markets, with a career built on identifying where clinical expertise and commercial strategy intersect. A PharmD graduate of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, Franklin has led business development and market expansion efforts across multiple sectors of the healthcare industry, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build sustainable clinical programs at scale.

Franklin co-founded IndyCare Health with the conviction that community pharmacies could serve as the front door to better care -- delivering technology-enhanced, on-demand clinical services directly to patients in underserved communities. As President and CEO of IndyCare, he built a model that bridged the gap between pharmacists and physicians, creating a seamless continuum of care centered on the independent pharmacy.

When IndyCare merged with Truentity Health in 2024, Franklin joined as Chief Commercial Officer, leading the commercial strategy that brings Truentity's platform to independent pharmacies across the country. He is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
