Rajeev Tipnis

Rajeev Tipnis has been building software companies since the mid-1990s, with a career spanning enterprise engineering, mobile technology, and AI-driven product development across multiple venture-backed startups. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, and has spent more than three decades in the high-tech industry at the intersection of complex systems architecture and product-led growth.

Before co-founding Truentity Health, Rajeev held senior engineering and technology leadership roles across a range of software companies, including serving as SVP of Engineering at Vee24, a customer engagement platform. He also co-founded two venture-backed startups, NetMorf and Zettics, where he served as Chief Scientist and Chief Applications Architect, respectively. In addition, Rajeev has provided technology consulting services to Boston-area startups, helping them build and scale products while managing and growing high-performing distributed engineering teams.

Rajeev co-founded Truentity Health in 2020 alongside Mike Desai, bringing the technical architecture and engineering leadership that transformed the vision for an AI-powered pharmacy platform into a working product. He leads all technology development at Truentity, including the Aora AI intelligence engine, the platform's clinical workflow automation and care coordination capabilities, and its integration infrastructure across pharmacy management systems, EHRs, and RPM devices.
