Beth Blaise, MPA
Director of State ProgramsBeth Blaise leads state program development at Truentity Health, focusing on how pharmacy-based care models can reach the communities that need them most. Her work centers on translating federal and state health priorities into practical, on-the-ground programs that independent pharmacies can operate — with a particular focus on rural and underserved populations managing chronic conditions.
With a Master of Public Administration and a career built at the intersection of public policy, community health, and cross-sector partnership, Beth brings a systems-level perspective to the challenges of rural care delivery. She understands how policy gets made, where it breaks down in implementation, and what it takes to build programs that actually stick in communities with limited infrastructure and fragmented care access.
At Truentity, Beth serves as a key voice on how the ANCHOR model can expand access to care in rural areas — connecting community pharmacies, coordinated care infrastructure, and value-based payment models to close persistent gaps in chronic disease management. She has spoken publicly on these topics, including a featured appearance on the Coral Health Advisors Pop Health Podcast, where she discussed ANCHOR's real-world operation and its implications for the future of rural health delivery and workforce sustainability.
