As Truentity's network of independent pharmacies grows, he ensures that the standards protecting patient data and care delivery grow with it.

With a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota and a career built across law, healthcare, and financial services compliance, Luca brings a legal foundation and a regulator's eye to Truentity's compliance program. He understands how rules get written, where organizations run into risk, and what it takes to build compliance systems that hold up as a company scales.
